Our COMPETITIVE walking football group play each Monday night at 5.30 pm and generally involve both men and women who have previously played soccer at a reasonable level or who are experienced walking football players. 

Our club competes in regular Walking Football tournaments including the Queensland Walking Football Cup, the Oxley Cup, the Sunshine Coast Cup and the Pan-Pacific Master Games. Over the years, we have also played in a number of overseas tournaments in New Zealand, Thailand and Bali.

When playing in tournaments, our players compete in their relevant age based division - Over 50, Over 60 and more recently, Over 70 . In some cases our female players will play in an ALL FEMALE division and we have also played in MIXED divisions that include male and female players competing in the same side. 

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION

Since our inception, Coolum Beach Walking Football players have proudly represented AUSTRALIA in various age levels at the Walking Football World Championships held in countries such as Italy, England and Sweden. In May 2026, a number of Coolum Beach Walking Football will represent AUSTRALIA at the Walking Football World Championships that will be held in Brisbane QLD.
